When Independent Sr. National Sales Director Carmen Jones agreed to be a model at a Mary Kay guest event, she never imagined it leading to a rewarding Career with Mary Kay Cosmetics.  Carmen started her Mary Kay Career in January of 2012 to earn extra income. She debuted as a Sales Director in January 2014 and a National Sales Director in March of 2021.

As a Sales Director, Carmen and her unit earned 5 career cars with 3 of them being the fluffy Pink Cadillac. She currently drives the Grand trophy on wheels, the Pink Cadillac Escalade.  Carmen appeared in the National Court of Sharing 8 times where she earned the company’s beautiful 1 carat diamond bumble bee pin.  She represented her unit in the Circle of Achievement 4 times and the Circle of Excellence once where she earned $10,000 in lieu of the Top Director Trip to Scotland.  She has earned over 17 carats of diamonds throughout her Mary Kay career.  Carmen has been featured in several company videos and has also served as a trainer for Directors and Top Leaders. 

Carmen proudly debuted her first Offspring National Sales Director, Tehrie Brinkley Ned in December 2021 to become a Senior National Sales director just 9 months after becoming a National Sales Director. 

Carmen holds a Business Degree from the University of Southern Mississippi and an MBA in International Business from the University of St. Thomas in Houston, TX. She is married to Damarcus Jones, who is her number one supporter and they have a beautiful daughter, Carrington Elise.
